The Salsa Heyday! C Deore 12 is a carbon fat-tire bike with the versatility to go wherever your imagination takes you. The carbon-fiber frame keeps weight down — especially nice when you're hefting it over downed trees deep in the backcountry. The 26 x 4.6" tires float over snow, sand, and other soft surfaces, but you can also fit 27.5 fat and 29+ wheels and tires for other missions. A mind-blowing number of cargo and accessory mounts let you bring more than just the bare necessities, and Mukluk's geometry ensures a stable ride even when loaded. Alternator 2.0 dropouts allow for multiple drivetrain options, but the stock Shimano Deore 12-speed is the perfect place to start.

Fargo Apex 1 is Salsa's drop-bar off-road touring bike built to shatter limits. Ride it on singletrack, gravel, or other places where you wouldn't take your standard touring bike. Alternator 2.0 is the latest iteration of Salsa's adjustable dropout system. Alternator 2.0 Dropouts are a modular system consisting of replaceable dropout plates and fixing hardware. They are specifically designed for, and only compatible with, Salsa frames using the 2.0 system. - Alternator 2.0 Dropout plates are compatible with frames featuring 142, 148, 177, or 197mm spacing - Hardware kits (sold separately) must always be paired with the style of dropout plates being installed on the frame - Allows for the rear axle location to be adjusted through a ~17mm range relative to the bottom bracket axle - Note: This part number only includes a single Alternator 2.0 plate

Our Post-Lock is a bicycle rack attachment point that can be positioned anywhere on your seatpost to provide a mounting point.
